Franchise

Training or Manpower Development has always been a prime focus of Hartron and every year, the Corporation runs a number of training programmes for the staff of Haryana Government. In order to keep the State abreast of the latest developments, the Corporation has created a separate division for training, which keep on reviewing the market scenario and prepare development plan of the technology to the maximum interest of the State. These finding are incorporated in the manpower development programmes and at the moment, the training programmes have vast coverage of the latest tools like Web Tools,e-Commerce, GUI Development, RAD, EFT, etc. To spread IT culture in the state, the corporation has created a chain of Franchise Centers and are providing computer courses for the duration of 3 months to 2 years. All these Franchise Centers have been equipped with latest computer facilities to provide hands on to the students.
The curriculum include the basic requirements like Windows, MS Office, C/C++ and the high-end technologies like Oracle, Developer 2000, Web Page Designing, E-Commerce, .NET, Java, Database Administrator etc. The corporation is assisting these centers in getting affiliation from various organisations like DUI, Guru Jambeshwar University, IGNOU etc. to provide better employment opportunities for the students. For providing IT education to the women and weaker sections of the society, the corporation is providing free of cost training under NORAD Scheme option from the free of cost education, the women participants are being paid stipend also as a financial assistance under.
The objective of these courses is the upliftment of the women and weaker sections, cultural transformation and employment generation. In addition to these courses the corporation has started the hi-tech courses for the government officials at Chandigarh. It has been planed to start courses at Ambala as well as Jind.
